Background Art
The nutritional value of Chinese wolfberry is ven- high, and therefore Chinese wolfberry is planted in a large area. And in the large area plantation of Chinese wolfberry, mechanized field management is required to satisfy the requirements for the plantation efficiency and yield of Chinese wolfberry.

A double-sided weeding machine specially for Chinese wolfberry plantation, comprising a frame, a left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device, a right electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device, a hydraulic system and a travel wheel, wherein the hydraulic system is assembled on the frame; the left election-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are respectively assembled on the left and right sides of the frame; the left electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; the rear end of a tractor is assembled in cooperation with the front end of the frame; and the travel wheel is assembled at the rear end of the frame.
With reference to Fig. 1 and 2, the frame comprises a traction frame 10, a main frame 11, a telescopic framework, a left telescopic frame, a right telescopic frame and a travel wheel fixing frame.
The telescopic framework comprises a first square pipe 12, a second square pipe 13, a first connecting plate 14, a second connecting plate 15 and a third connecting plate 16; the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13 are mounted in parallel: the first connecting plate 14 is fixedly connected at the left ends of the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13; the second connecting plate 15 is fixedly connected at the right ends of the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13: and the third connecting plate 16 is fixedly connected in the middles of the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13.
The left telescopic frame comprises a left first telescopic rod 17, a left second telescopic rod 18 and a left connecting plate 19, wherein the left connecting plate 19 is fixedly connected to the left ends of the left first telescopic rod 17 and the left second telescopic rod 18; the right ends of the left first telescopic rod 17 and the left second telescopic rod 18 are respectively inserted in the left ends of the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13.
The right telescopic frame comprises a right first telescopic rod 110, a right second telescopic rod 111 and a right connecting plate 112; the right connecting plate 112 is fixedly connected to the right ends of the right first telescopic rod 110 and the right second telescopic rod 111; the left ends of the right first telescopic rod 110 and the right second telescopic rod 111 are respectively inserted in the right ends of the first square pipe 12 and the second square pipe 13.
A left control oil cylinder 20 is assembled between the telescopic framework and the left telescopic frame; and a right control oil cylinder 21 is assembled between the telescopic framework and the right telescopic frame. The bottom of the left control oil cylinder 20 is connected to the third connecting plate 16, and the extension end of the piston rod penetrates through the first connecting plate 14, and is fixedly connected to the left connecting plate 19: the bottom of the right control oil cylinder 21 is connected to the third connecting plate 16, and the extension end of the piston rod penetrates through the second connecting plate 15, and is fixedly connected to the right connecting plate 112.
The travel wheel comprises a left travel support wheel 30 and a right travel support wheel 31; the travel wheel fixing frame comprises a fixed connecting plate 113, a first vertical connecting rod 114, a second vertical connecting rod 115, a transverse connecting square pipe 116, a travel wheel fixing rod (unshown in the figure), a left travel wheel connecting square pipe 117, a right travel wheel connecting square pipe 118, a left U-shaped connecting base 119, a right U-shaped connecting base 120, a left travel wheel connecting rod 121 and a right travel wheel connecting rod 122.
The fixed connecting plate 113 is fixedly connected to an outer side wall of the second square pipe 13; the second square pipe 13 is located in back of the first square pipe 12; the front ends of the first vertical connecting rod 114 and the second vertical connecting rod 115 are fixedly connected to the fixed connecting plate 113, and tire rear ends are fixedly connected to the transverse connecting square pipe 116; the left end of the travel wheel fixing rod is fixedly connected to the left travel wheel connecting square pipe 117, and the right end penetrates through the transverse connecting square pipe 116, and is fixedly connected to the right travel wheel connecting square pipe 118; the upper end of the left travel wheel connecting rod 121 penetrates through die left travel wheel connecting square pipe 117, and the lower end is fixedly connected to the left U-shaped connecting base 119; the upper end of the right travel wheel connecting rod 122 penetrates through the right travel wheel connecting square pipe 118, and the lower end is fixedly connected to the right Ushaped connecting base 120; the left travel support wheel 30 is assembled on the left U-shaped connecting base 119; and the right travel support wheel 31 is assembled on the right U-shaped connecting base 120.
The traction frame 10 is assembled at the front end of the main frame 11; the telescopic framework is fixedly assembled at die rear end of the main frame 11; the left control oil cylinder 20 controls the left telescopic frame to move left and right on the left side of the telescopic framework; and the right control oil cylinder 21 controls the right telescopic frame to move left and right on the right side of the telescopic framework. The travel wheel fixing frame is fixedly assembled at the rear end of the telescopic framework; the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the left telescopic frame; and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the right telescopic frame.
The left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device have the same structure; the right electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device comprises a weeding knife 40, an electroninduced device and a telescopic mechanism; the electron-induced device and the weeding knife 40 are assembled on the telescopic mechanism; the electron-induced device is located in front of the weeding knife 40; the telescopic mechanism is fixedly assembled on the right telescopic frame; a telescopic oil cylinder 41 is assembled on the telescopic mechanism; the telescopic oil cylinder 41 is assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; the electron-induced device is assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; and the telescopic mechanism of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the left telescopic frame.
The left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device respectively further comprise a weed cutting toothed plate 42; one end of the weed cutting toothed plate 42 is hingedly connected to one end of the weeding knife 40; a weed raking and soil crushing tooth 43 is fixedly assembled at the rear end of the weeding knife 40.
The electron-induced device comprises an inductive fixing plate 44, a contact lever 45, a sensor 46 and a tension spring; the inductive fixing plate 44 is fixedly assembled on the telescopic mechanism; one end of the contact lever 45 is connected to the sensor 46, and is connected to the tension spring; and the sensor 46 is connected to a control element of the hydraulic system via a cable.
One end of the weeding knife 40 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the telescopic mechanism via a connecting plate 47.
The telescopic mechanism comprises a deformable quadrilateral frame 50, a first oil cylinder connecting pole 51, a second oil cylinder connecting pole 52, a telescopic mechanism fixing base 53 and a telescopic mechanism fixing pole 54; the telescopic mechanism fixing base 54 of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is fixedly assembled on the left connecting plate 19; the telescopic mechanism fixing base of the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is fixedly assembled on the right connecting plate 112.
One end of the telescopic mechanism fixing pole 54 is assembled in cooperation with the telescopic mechanism fixing base 53. and the other end is fixedly connected to one side of the deformable quadrilateral frame 50; the lower end of the first oil cylinder connecting pole 51 is fixedly connected to one corner of the deformable quadrilateral frame 50; the lower end of the second oil cylinder connecting pole 52 is fixedly connected to another corner of the deformable quadrilateral frame 50; the first oil cylinder connecting pole 51 and the second oil cylinder connecting pole 52 are located on the same diagonal line of the deformable quadrilateral frame 50; an extension end of a piston rod of the telescopic oil cylinder 41 is connected to the upper end of the first oil cylinder connecting pole 51; a cylinder bottom of the telescopic oil cylinder 41 is connected to the upper end of the second oil cylinder connecting pole 52.
The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder 60, an oil cooling fan 61 and a hydraulic control valve 62, wherein the hydraulic oil cylinder 60, the oil cooling fan 61 and the hydraulic control valve 62 are fixedly assembled on the main frame 11; the telescopic oil cylinders 41 of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are respectively assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic oil cylinder 60 via oil pipes; and tire left control oil cylinder 20 and the right control oil cylinder 21 are respectively assembled in cooperation with tire hydraulic oil cylinder 60 via oil pipes.
When the contact lever 45 encounters an obstacle, the tractor continuously moves forward; the tension spring shrinks and deforms: tire sensor 46 transmits a signal to the hydraulic control valve 62; the hydraulic control valve 62 controls the extension end of the piston rod of the telescopic oil cylinder 41 to retract; the deformable quadrilateral frame 50 deforms, such that the w eeding knife 40 turns aside and avoids the obstacle; after the obstacle is avoided, the tension spring resets; the contact lever 45 resets; the sensor 46 transmits a signal; the hydraulic control valve 62 controls the telescopic oil cylinder 41 to extend out; the deformable quadrilateral frame 50 resets; and the weeding knife 40 continuously eradicates weeds.
The present invention can be adopted to perform inter-plant weeding operation in a Chinese wolfberry’ field; the front end of the frame of the present invention is connected to a rear suspension of the tractor; a controller of the hydraulic system is assembled in a driver cabin of the tractor; the hydraulic system controls the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device to perform weeding operation; when a Chinese wolfbeny fixing plantation rod or a Chinese wolfberry tree is encountered, the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device can automatically avoid an obstacle before contact; after the obstacle is avoided, the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device can automatically reset under the control of the hy draulic system, and continue to perform weeding operation. The present invention can be adopted to realize mechanized inter-plant weeding in a Chinese wolfbeny’ plantation field, thus avoiding human assisted weeding; and each time of weeding operation can eradicate two rows of weeds, thus greatly improving the Chinese wolfberry plantation operation efficiency.
In the numbered clauses below, specific embodiments are described:
1. A double-sided weeding machine specially for wolfberry plantation, comprising a frame, a left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device, a right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device, a hydraulic system and a travel wheel, wherein the hydraulic system is assembled on the frame; the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are respectively assembled on the left and right sides of the frame; the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; the rear end of a tractor is assembled in cooperation with the front end of the frame; and the travel wheel is assembled at the rear end of the frame.
2. The double-sided weeding machine specially for wolfberry plantation according to clause
1, wherein the frame comprises a traction frame, a main frame, a telescopic framework, a left telescopic frame, a right telescopic frame and a travel wheel fixing frame; the traction frame is assembled at the front end of the main frame; the telescopic framework is fixedly assembled at the rear end of the main frame; the left telescopic frame is assembled on the left side of the telescopic framework, and can move left and right; the right telescopic frame is assembled on the right side of the telescopic framework, and can move left and right; the travel wheel fixing frame is fixedly assembled at the rear end of the telescopic framework; the travel wheel is assembled at the rear end of the travel wheel fixing frame; the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the left telescopic frame; and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the right telescopic frame.
3. The double-sided weeding machine specially for wolfberry plantation according to clause
2, wherein the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device have the same structure; the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device comprises a weeding knife, an electron-induced device and a telescopic mechanism; the electron-induced device and the weeding knife are assembled on the telescopic mechanism; the electron-induced device is located in front of the weeding knife: the telescopic mechanism is fixedly assembled on the right telescopic frame; a telescopic oil cylinder is assembled on the telescopic mechanism; the telescopic oil cylinder is assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; the electron-induced device is assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic system; and the telescopic mechanism of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is assembled on the left telescopic frame.
4. The double-sided weeding machine specially for wolfberry plantation according to clause
3, wherein the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device respectively further comprise a weed cutting toothed plate; one end of the weed cutting toothed plate is hingedly connected to one end of the weeding knife; a weed raking and soil crashing tooth is fixedly assembled at the rear end of the weeding knife; the electron-induced device comprises an inductive fixing plate, a contact lever, a sensor and a tension spring; the inductive fixing plate is fixedly assembled on the telescopic mechanism; one end of the contact lever is connected to the sensor, and is connected to the tension spring; and the sensor is connected to a control element of the hydraulic system via a cable.

5, wherein the telescopic mechanism comprises a deformable quadrilateral frame, a first oil cylinder coimecting pole, a second oil cylinder coimecting pole, a telescopic mechanism fixing base and a telescopic mechanism fixing pole; the telescopic mechanism fixing base of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is fixedly assembled on the left telescopic frame; the telescopic mechanism fixing base of the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is fixedly assembled on the right telescopic frame;
one end of the telescopic mechanism fixing pole is assembled in cooperation with the telescopic mechanism fixing base, and the other end is fixedly coimected to one side of the deformable quadrilateral frame; the lower end of the first oil cylinder coimecting pole is fixedly coimected to one corner of the deformable quadrilateral frame; the lower end of the second oil cylinder connecting pole is fixedly connected to another corner of the deformable quadrilateral frame; the first oil cylinder coimecting pole and the second oil cylinder coimecting pole are located on the same diagonal line of the deformable quadrilateral frame; an extension end of a piston rod of the telescopic oil cylinder is connected to tire upper end of the first oil cylinder connecting pole; a cylinder bottom of the piston rod of the telescopic oil cylinder is connected to the upper end of the second oil cylinder connecting pole; and the telescopic mechanism fixing base of the left electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device is fixedly assembled on the left telescopic frame.

6, wherein a left control oil cylinder is assembled between the telescopic framework and the left telescopic frame; and a right control oil cylinder is assembled between the telescopic framework and the right telescopic frame.

7, wherein tire hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, an oil cooling fan and a hydraulic control valve; the hydraulic oil cylinder, the oil cooling fan and the hydraulic control valve are fixedly' assembled on the main frame; the telescopic oil cylinders of the left electroninduced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device and the right electron-induced automatic obstacle avoidance weeding device are respectively' assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic oil cylinder via oil pipes; and the left control oil cylinder and the right control oil cylinder are respectively' assembled in cooperation with the hydraulic oil cylinder via oil pipes.

The double-sided weeding machine specially' for wolfberry' plantation according to clause 7, wherein the telescopic framework comprises a first square pipe, a second square pipe, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a third connecting plate; the first square pipe and the second square pipe are mounted in parallel; the first connecting plate is fixedly connected at the left ends of tire first square pipe and the second square pipe; the second connecting plate is fixedly' connected at the right ends of the first square pipe and the second square pipe; the third connecting plate is fixedly connected in the middles of the first square pipe and the second square pipe; the left telescopic frame comprises a left first telescopic rod, a left second telescopic rod and a left connecting plate; the left connecting plate is fixedly connected to the left ends of the left first telescopic rod and the left second telescopic rod; the right ends of the left first telescopic rod and the left second telescopic rod are respectively' inserted in the left ends of the first square pipe and the second square pipe; the right telescopic frame comprises a right first telescopic rod, a right second telescopic rod and a right connecting plate; the right connecting plate is fixedly connected to the right ends of the right first telescopic rod and the right second telescopic rod; the left ends of the right first telescopic rod and the right second telescopic rod are respectively inserted in the right ends of the first square pipe and the second square pipe;

A double-sided weeding machine specially for Chinese wolf plantations, consisting of a chassis, a left electron-induced, automatic, obstacle-avoiding weeding device, a right-hand electron-induced, automatic, obstacle-avoiding weeding device, a hydraulic system, and a wheel with the hydraulic system mounted on it. chassis is mounted; the left electron-induced, automatic, obstacle avoiding weeding device and the right electron-induced, automatic, obstacle avoiding weeding device are mounted on the line and right-hand sides of the chassis respectively; the left electron-induced, automatic, obstacle avoiding weeding device and the right electron-induced, automatic, obstacle avoiding weeding device are mounted together with the hydraulic system; the rear of a tractor is mounted together with the front of the chassis; and the wheel is mounted at the rear of the chassis.
